Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at tuutsy INC. Here is all the information you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

  1. Processing Time

1.1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

1.2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  1. Shipping Rates and Methods

2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2.2. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3
  1. Shipping Destinations

3.1. We currently ship to addresses within the USA. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4.1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-15 days.

  1. Delivery Time

5.1. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

5.2. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows: 

Standard Shipping: 3-5

Expedited Shipping: 1-3

  1. Damaged Items in Transport

6.1. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at cs@tuutsy.com.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages

7.1. tuutsy INC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

8.1. tuutsy INC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
